DEPARTING AND NEW TRUSTEES 2016

The new list of Trustees as at 01/02/2016 has been published on the website.

There is at present one departing and one new Trustee.

We are saying goodbye to Sue Watson who has resigned from the Committee and the Force.

We welcome Christine Marriott as a new Trustee representing Plymouth and wish her well as a

Trustee of the Fund

‘NEW’ TRUSTEE (co-opted)

Having recently said goodbye to Fund Trustee Michele Slevin, who has retired from serving with the Force, we can now welcome her back as a co-opted independent police pensioner Trustee.

We look forward to seeing her at the next Trustees meeting in July 2015

LONDON MARATHON 2015

Congratulations to Detective Inspector Andy Berry who has just successfully run the 2015 London Marathon on 28th April in support of the Compassionate Fund. He completed the course in an amazing 3 hours 43 minutes 24 seconds but in addition to that he also cycled from Exeter to Leatherhead the two days before the marathon!!

NEW AND DEPARTING FUND TRUSTEES

The List of 2015 Fund Trustees on the Management Committee has been published on this website.

There were two departing Trustees from 2014 being Andy Bickley who has now retired from the Force and Tony Fairless who has stepped down as the Cornwall Branch National Association of Retired Police Officers representative. We thank them both for their contribution to the management of the Fund and wish them well in their respective retirements.

There are three new Trustees these being as follows

Steve Last representing South Devon

Spencer Pritchard representing Cornwall NARPO

Sarah Jeffrey who is the Force lead Chaplain and has agreed to be a co-opted Trustee of the Fund.

A warm welcome is extended to all three new Trustees and it is hoped they find their time on the Management Committee both worthwhile and full of purpose.

NEW AND RETIRING TRUSTEES 2015

April 2015

With the retirement of Michele Slevin from the Force we now have a new representative from the Superintendents Association.

We welcome Superintendent Ken Lamont who is stationed at Heavitree Road Police Station Exeter as the new Trustee on the Fund Management Committee.

All the Trustees and Fund members wish Michele a long and happy retirement and thank her for her contribution to the management of the Fund during her tenure.
